In this shopping centre, we renovated the former Karstadt. After three months of demolition work, we were able to reconstruct the inner walls and lift shafts. It was a long-term project as the client implemented many changes; the layout of the shops within the centre was continuously amended.
At long last, the project resulted in a fine selection of fashion retailers such as PRIMARK, Woolworth and Cubus, and a Müller pharmacy.
