We are proud to have been granted the Primark projects in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium and France! These projects are all completed and handed over as turnkey stores and are constructed based on ‘Design & Build’.
AKOR is head contractor and provides the PRIMARK organisation with complete peace of mind. This means that we arrange, plan and implement all activities with many subcontractors from various countries. Our regular partner in this is the Vastbouw Groep. An additional curveball: the works are often conducted in a live setting, while the shops remain open. The construction period varies between 9 to a maximum of 12 weeks.
