In Almelo, the people of AKOR have delivered their third sustainability project to housing corporation Beter Wonen. This involves 48 homes, all of which have had their facade frames and cladding replaced. The cavity, first floor floor and roof were also insulated, central heating and central heating systems installed and the kitchen, bathroom and toilet renewed. Furthermore, the remaining asbestos-containing materials were removed. And all this in inhabited condition!
