Premier League-worthy stadium
Renovation of the existing Heracles stadium: we constructed a completely new 2nd seating terrace encircling the field; offering seating for 4,500 fans. We were also able to create a covered circuit with catering facilities in addition to constructing new retail areas, sanitary facilities and multiple skyboxes and Business seats. The stadium now offers supporters added comfort and space.

- Total capacity: 13,500 seats
- 11,500 seats for supporters
- 20 skyboxes, with a total of 300 seats
- 1,700 Business seats
- 7,565 m2 commercial space for Heracles Almelo
- 5,234 m2 rentable commercial space
